My foray into shooting aerial footage came long before drones. This demo begins with scenes from my 1st ever aerial shoot. It was a chance of a lifetime thrill of hanging out the side of a helo, strapped to the door, feet on the skids, and holding an XL1 on my chest, while diving into the ocean to film CraigCat boats in the Florida Keys. Fast forward to today and naturally I am fully immersed in drone photography. Drones are a standard part of my videography toolkit. I shoot aerials and low smooth action scenes with drones on just about every shoot I go on. I am licensed FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot. Enjoy this sampling. The music was composed and arranged by me as well. The tune is called “Awaken”, my own copyrighted music. Ty Towriss
